The Situation

F1 Fantasy emails had to go live within hours of race events, reflecting real-time standings across every team and driver combination.
The existing design approach couldn't keep pace with the volume or the variation.

The Approach

A redesigned email template system from the ground up, then a comprehensive asset library covering every possible win scenario,
driver outcome, and data point the game could generate. Speed without quality loss was the brief inside the brief.

The Outcome

A fully scalable email system and asset library that enabled rapid race-weekend deployment
across all scenarios, dramatically reducing production time at every event.
